Hotel di Preakness

"We continuously got locked out of the building after hours because the phone key wouldn’t work. Seemed to be a common issue"

"Rooms were clean and the front desk staff were really helpful. The only issue was that the breakfast was really busy and the things like waffles and eggs would run out 20-30min before the actual end. The quantity should have been planned and made ready based on the guests."

"The room was clean and the breakfast is good enough. It also has a great neighborhood."

"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."

"such a great hotel at a great price!! Staff was so helpful, kind, & go above & beyond to make sure you have the best possible stay especially Jhune who even upgraded us to a suite. Super clean & cozy room w a view of the Empire State Building too! Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in the city. Thank you guys for making our stay so amazing!!"

"o hotel é dentro a times square, localização excelente pra metro.

"Staff was friendly, and very helpful . Breakfast was excellent, different options."

"Solid choice"

"They NEVER serviced our room! Never made the bed, never cleaned, never brought new towels, never vacuumed, NOTHING at all. Even when I complained to the front desk, all they did was delivery us new towels. We won't stay there again"

"Very cold and couldn’t adjust heat. Was clean and staff were friendly. We were on the ground floor (basement) so it was very loud at night with hotel staff working in the hallways."

"Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately on the booking it says there is parking but they don’t have any parking or valet. You have to go park your car in the street in front."

"The hotel is well positioned, close to the flat iron. The room is big enough for two people, a bit dark as the window view is on another building. We got the room cleaned everyday but the cleaning service comes in the late afternoon so plan your day accordingly. The bathroom was big, but the shower doesn't have proper separation so you get water on the floor when you use it. Overall, good hotel in Manhattan, probably overpriced but that's what you get in NY."

"Great location for the subway to NY locations and Path to NJ. Friendly & accomodating staff. Only drawback is 5th floor was a little too close to ground level so some noise from the street throughout the night."

"Had a wonderful stay"
