"The young lady at the desk between 7:00 and 3:00 on Christmas day was exceptionally helpful. I signed up for a room that was somewhat accessible and when I got in it I discovered the toilet was way too low. The room was way far away from the elevator because the other elevator was being remodeled. I stopped at the front desk and asked if I could get closer to an elevator. The young lady said it wouldn't be handicapped but since the toilet wasn't handicapped accessible anyway I asked for the room...

Very comfortable bed and all linen. Only negative was TV offerings, limited and not very clear. Would highly recommend to anyone, business or travel ."
