"This was an excellent stay for our journey to London. The location is great, quiet, and easy to navigate to many destinations. The room was a bit delayed for our check in, but we were able to be seated at the bar until the room was ready. The room is a bit outdated but comfortable with a touch of British feel. "Everything about this hotel is amazing, the staff are very attentive and understanding. We had the suite which was massive truly a 10/10 room. With spa access and the modern feel to the room I would recommend this hotel to anyone"
