"I can’t recommend a stay at Casa Nilde enough! "The staff was so helpful. The view was so beautiful and the surrounding restaurants amazing. It was about a 25 minute walk down to the beach/ferry port by roadway. It was about 15 minutes by stairs, which going down was ok but going up was too difficult. The view was amazing as you are probably at one of the highest points in Positano. That also means LOTS and LOTS of stairs just to get to the road! It’s a winding stone path at some points.

"Treated us right and room was ample for 4 guest. There is a back entrance (stairs of course), but it’s a shorter route than what Google Maps originally showed us from the port. Porter from the port took our bags straight to the hotel (at a cost of $10 euros per bag). Well worth it; almost a necessity.
