Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good.
The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay.
If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area.
Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation.
Disgraceful ,they knew they had multiple guests stranded with nowhere to sleep and didnt care .The property was cluttered ,we had to push a mattress out the way to use the toilet(no hand-wash)aka cupboard.The kitchen is not the one in pictures 1/3 of size ,dirt,mould in corners of fridge ,what appears to be mouse droppings in cupboards,plenty of pics as proof .key safe to enter property just popped open so anyone could walk in in night. AVOID AVOID AVOID oh and free breakfast is a lie and garden is a storage unit ,no idea on bedrooms as couldn't access
Got a text from the property management to get in to the room.
Access to the property was through an unlocked front door and a room door with a combination lock which was loose and did not work.
Rang the property mobile number and they said turn itleft and right then the code works.
Almost immediately they sent a text demanding another payment of £45 for cleaning services which would be on top of £74 paid up front to Hotels.com. The room had a queen size bed with damp smelly linen and appeared to have been sprayed with a toxic air freshener. Toilet in the hall with no washing facilities and I guess a bathroom somewhere upstairs.
As the room Management continued to send messages and ringing demanding the extra money i felt intimidated as this was not obviously extortion.
I stopped answering and will be making a formal complaint to Hotels.com as I felt unsafe and hardly slept.
