Hotel muito bem localizado perto do centro do Porto e de linha de metrô. Quarto amplo, limpo e de qualidade, com cortinas blackout e chuveiro bem tecnológico e de difícil manuseio. Perto de um mercado grande e com bons produtos. Bom custo benefício.

Zweimal Preis bezahlt - sehr unfreundlich

Wir kamen um 22:00 Uhr im Hotel an. Die Frau an der Rezeption sprach kaum Englisch und verlangte eine nochmalige Barzahlung! Der Betrag von hotel.com würde uns zurück überwiesen. Tatsächlich wurde der Betrag von hotel.com über die Kreditkarte abgebucht! Eine Rückzahlung haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten. Wirklich keine Empfehlung.

La camera destinatami si trova al n. civico 45 e non al 60 quindi in una struttura più vecchia e dall'aspetto meno pulito. La camera ampia perché per 3 persone e non 2. Buona pulizia, camera silenziosa un po' distante dal centro ma raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti. Nelle vicinanze un supermercato ed alcuni bar.

La habitación era limpia y con lo justo para una habitación de hostal (mejor que en las fotos, por lo menos más normal) aún así el ambiente en la zona era un poco extraño.

**Nachteile:** - **Unfreundliches Personal:** Das Personal war sehr frech und unfreundlich. Besonders störend war, dass eine Mitarbeiterin behauptete, Englisch zu sprechen, aber tatsächlich kein Wort verstand oder sprechen konnte. - **Laute Umgebung:** Die Umgebung des Hotels war sehr laut. Besonders problematisch war ein kleiner Laden am Hoteleingang, wo sich ständig bekiffte und betrunkene Leute aufhielten. Dies führte dazu, dass ich mich nicht sicher fühlte, besonders als Frau, alleine auszugehen. - **Einzige Ausnahme:** Nur die Putzfrau war nett und freundlich, was leider die einzige positive Erfahrung mit dem Personal war. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend und von unangenehmen Erfahrungen geprägt. Die mangelnde Freundlichkeit des Personals und die unsichere Umgebung machen das Hotel leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Etat de la chambre convenable , la seul chose indésirable est la qualité du matelas HS , complètement creusé… A changer , de plus il manquait un tapis de sortie de douche , obligée de mettre une serviette au sol … merci pour peut-être une prochaine fois … Cdl , à bientôt

Bonne adresse a Porto

On est reste 4 nuits. Très belle endroit et bien situer a Porto. Je recommande. Si je peux juste donner un conseil au personnel de l'hotel, mettez svpl plus de produits pour la douche et cheveux. On a été fourni tous les jour de savon mais pas d'autres échantillons. Juste le dernier jour nous on remplacé ceux que nous avons fini le premier jour. Si non personnel extremement sympathique et présent en cas de problème.

I wish i could review the guesthouse, but I was put in a smaller accomodation that didnt match the expedia pictures or description. First impression was the terrible front desk staff who yelled at another customer and made us wait to finish her fight with him for 15 minutes. He turned to warn us about this place but she told him not to speak to us. After we checked in, we werr assigned a room that wasnt what the description stated. The room was disgusting. There were ants everywhere and I am still finding them in my bags over 12 hours after check out. They were in the bed, on the walls, and infested the corners of the room. The towels were rock hard and had no matches. The room had a musty smell and the sheets, towels, and pillowcases were questionable. Do not expect anything over the top here. This place was cheap but wasnt even worth what little we paid for it. Do not stay here, unless you want to start an ant farm.

Dame an der Rezeption sehr mürrisch und eigen. Wirk somit nicht besonders freundlich. Hotelzimmer wirkt etwas "puffig". Ist aber ein ganz lustiges Konzept. Relativ neu renoviert. Genügend stauraum. Große Dusche mit mehreren Funktionen. Sauber. Zimmer auf der Straßenseite waren durch den Verkehr Nachts sehr laut. Hat im gesamten aber ein sehr guten Eindruck gemacht.

sorpresa piacevole

Alloggio appena ristrutturato con pregevole tecnologia. Pulitissimo. Reception disponibile ad ogni ora. Vicinissimo alla metropolitana. A pochi metri bar, supermarket con tavola calda, pasticceria, ristorante. Dovendo ritornare non avrei dubbi a riconfermato.

Hotel atypique

Pres du metro 24 augustos direct en aeroport. 20 bonnes mn de marche des lieux touristique. Hotel love. Donc lit rouge lampe en coeur au plafond et veilleuse bleue rouge vert en alternance au plafond ambiance red district. Ce n est pas un hotel de passe mais pour couple voulant pimenter son sejour Acceuil au 45. L hotel est au 60 en face. Pas de reception et pas de petit dej. Evitez la chambre 20 au 1 er et son equivalent au 2 eme. C est celles avec balcon. Vous etes sur axe routier rapide tres bruyant a toute heure et l eclairage public est braque vers la fenetre de la salle de bain qui n a pas de rideau et dont la porte de separation avec la chambre est en verre. Il fait donc comme jour 24 sur 24 dans la chambre et le soleil y brille des 6h du mat

Unsafe - 4 rooms robbed

The hotel is comfortable enough but unsafe. Laptop and tablet were stolen from our locked room while we were out for the day. Four other rooms were also burgled. Security cameras in the halls are fake and do not function.

Cuando lleguamos nos cambiaron de habitación porque la nuestra estaba cerrada ppr una fuga de agua, si bien nos descontaron 5€ la nueva habitación era horrible, estaba llena de humedades, no tenía ventanas, la cama era incómoda, realmente era una mala habitación
