"Easy check-in . Clean room, aircon was spot on! Bed was comfy and they had me checked in early. The location of the property is right next to their tram systems so it can get noisy. Stayed only 1 night instead of the 8 days due to family emergency. And yet they offered no refund whatsoever. Lost out on money. Heads up, the reception is located opposite road. There is a tourism tax you pay on your arrival which they dont tell you at all.. "

"The apartment was spacious with a large-sized and comfortable bed, settee and kitchen area with a decent amount of utensils, a microwave and coffee machine but oddly no toaster (perhaps due to h&s).. It was very clean with air con which I didn't need to use. It is centrally located and convenient for bus and metro. Didn't take breakfast which was €10. I would stay here again without any hesitation. "

"We stayed for 2 nights with wife and 3 kids. The staff (Ana) was very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage while room was ready and we went out to grab lunch. They messaged us when room was ready (before check in time) Location was close to restaurants and many popular places. "Oporto Street Fonte Taurina is just one street above Cais de Ribera. That is where all the action is and right on the river. Full of restaurants and shopping, and beautiful views of Vila Nova de Gala. Vila Nova de Gala is also where the Port Wines come from and it is an easy walk across the bridge.
