"Good clean room but no cot for our 2 year old we arrived late so just popped her in with us to save disturbing her more getting a cot sorted."

"We arrived just after 1800 and there was no- one in reception just key cards on the hall stand. Says its a restaurant but could see no sign of it. Sink had no plug and there were no milk sachets in the room. All was clean and comfortable, ample parking - but this is not a budget priced hotel."

The staff were exceptional throughout my visit—always friendly, approachable, and more than happy to help with anything I needed, no matter how small. Their attentiveness really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. One of the highlights was the all-you-can-eat breakfast. There was a great variety of options to choose from, all fresh and well-prepared, catering to different tastes. It was a perfect way to start the day and definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily return."

"The rooms are spacious, but a bit dated. The mattress was hard for me. The bathroom needed tiles fixing, the shower was powerful and pleasant. We booked dinner at 7.30 pm waited for our simple grilled chicken almost an hour, no one informed us until we asked what is going on. The breakfast was shambolic -£24 per person and barely any food available, no pastries, we waited for fried eggs as they run out. The employees available as breakfast hosts were not welcoming and engaging at all, so disappointing. Overall not good value for the money."

"Parts of the hotel I saw were tired, holes in the carpet, poor repairs. My room was clean, the bathroom was not so good - paint flaking off the walls from damp, dead spiders. Didn't expect much for the price I paid, but think I could have paid less. Signs everywhere telling you to pay for parking, so whilst in the carpark before checking in. Entering the hotel there were another 2 signs saying you must pay for parking at the start of your stay, to then be told at the front desk I didn't need to pay - slightly annoying."
