"I have stayed at this friendly owner run hotel 3 times now.It is well situated only 2 minutes from the quay of the old port and close to all of the main attractions of La Rochelle also convenient to call back for a rest during a sight seeing day.The hotel has been upgraded since my last visit with good quality modern decor and a new bar and breakfast area that I chose not to use.Very clean and comfortable and plenty of hot water. No faults. Recomend."

"Lovely hotel. Excellent staff, clean room. Great location for exploring La Rochelle by foot. My only comment for suggested improvement is that the bathroom door is a sliding door that does not fully latch. If bathroom privacy is a concern of yours, it might not be the room for you. Also I believe that Air conditioning was meant to be available in my room but it does not actually kick on (it locks and cannot be set below the hotel’s chosen temp). I would have been frustrated if the weather outside had been any hotter. Regardless, I would personally stay here again and would recommend."
