"Second time staying there. Great location if you are in downtown Miami, but more importantly, staff was very helpful. My daughter left her bag with wallet and keys, and the hotel retrieved it. In this day and age, it's refreshing to stay at a place where the staff is honest and helpful. Rooms are very large, and they have everything you need including a full kitchen. but we ate at the poolside restaurant/bar and the food was great. Thank you to the team at the Elsner."

"The hotel is old but very well maintained. The whole area around the hotel is undergoing construction, so maybe in a couple of years the location will be great. For the time being the neighborhood is not impressive, although it seems safe. Can walk to Bayside (which we found quite deteriorated) and to the Brightline train station. Overall, although we liked the hotel, we will probably stay outside of downtown Miami."

"The condo itself was clean, the building was nice, and the location was definitely the best part of the stay. It’s right downtown near the mall, restaurants, and plenty of things to do, which made getting around very convenient. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit since we ended up needing it during our stay. However, there were several issues that made the experience less comfortable for our group of 6, including 3 children. There were not enough towels provided, so I had...

"Property is very central and has a good Miami chill vibe. Rooms are big and their pool atmosphere is also amazing. We stayed there as a family of 4 and the experience was really good. Reception staff are also helpful as we had a few issues with the room which they resolved immediately. Will definitely stay here again."
