"Unfortunately this hotel is poorly managed. We had 2 rooms here for a girls weekend & there are MANY issues with the service. The front desk couldn’t find my reservations when I was checking in. I had to provide info & they recreated the bookings. To name a few other issues, the floors in the rooms are filthy. Housekeeping avoided servicing the room as much as possible. For my 3 night stay, we had one ‘partial’ service. The amenities in the room are not ideal- a cooler that hardly cools anything, few hangers, a shower door that doesn’t allow you to place a mat outside, no garbage in main bath area, hardly any TV channels to choose from as most have become “gray”, community ice without any scoop (sanitation issue/broken glass concerns)…shall I continue? We witnessed staff arguing at the lobby bar. 1 bartender servicing the entire lobby & restaurant. Food in the restaurant did not come out as ordered. Service in lobby/bar was beyond terrible. Trash in common areas as there was nobody working to pick up used items. Our second room wasn’t ready on time & it had cooler issues for my friend’s temperature sensitive medication. Shall I go on? Valet was efficient-the highlight of our trip. Carlos the bellman was friendly. Ritchie and Tyler in the restaurant are friendly & doing the best job they can given the circumstances. Phil at the bar needs more support so he isn’t unhinged. I got a measly resort fee credit. Great location.Too bad because it should be great for the price. "

"Basic accommodations with friendly service, an updated and beautiful bathroom, and an exceptionally clean room. There was a large closet that my family utilized as an additional changing room for privacy. There was a nice tv, a small fridge, and a microwave. It was less than a five minute drive to a public park with free parking and beautiful beach access. The landscaping is beautiful and shows the price and cafe the owners take with this property. "

"Front Desk manager was helpful and accommodating but the property is run down, everything is overpriced, and you’re not even told at check in that because they are time shares, your room doesn’t get a daily cleaning. Ocean View rooms below the 5th floor have their “view” blocked by trees. Not worth the price at all."

"There’s so many things wrong. But the highlight was waking up with a roach beside me. I paid for 3 night and didn’t stay that long and couldn’t get a refund either. No one should be forced to pay for a room like that. "

"in a perfect location you can walk to a bunch of stores and restaurants. and you can snorkel right off the beach of the hotel. a 2 min walk away from the Phil foster park snorkeling spot. the staff were very eager to help out and always waved or said hi to you. they offer renting kayaks and paddle boards and they were talking about offering dive classes too. it give me a homey feeling in the rooms with a full kitchenet and cooking equipment. the owner was a marine biologist lady who was super helpful with tips and spots in the area to go. I had never snorkeled in salt water and very little in fresh so I would've been lost without the reasorses she gave me."
