Everything is fine

Accommodation at Glory Beach Resort is comfortable and good, everything is okay complete with various activities.Only the service is a little lacking, the service from the employees is satisfactory.There are only a few plugs in the hotel that can be used.In my opinion, the service and electrical tools used by customers should be improved

This is not my first time and will not be the last time. Will come again and again because the resort have white sandy beach, easy access to the beach and suitable for children. Pool also kids friendly. Breakfast: average. Restaurant a bit crowd especially during public holidays but food is enough coz staff always top up the dishes. One suggestions for breakfast, please add on porridge in the menu. Travel with infant/kids, but there is no porridge serve during breakfast. Very disappointing. Overall, i am satisfied with my stay and will come again next time. Eventhough the furniture is quite old but the rooms is spacious and i am happy with my stay.

If only they can change the beddings that are obviously aged more than a decade or two, it would be a more pleasant stay because the management should know well that a good night’s sleep is the utmost priority to guests. All the facilities in this resort show signs of aging but you can feel that the maintenance team has worked tirelessly to make sure all the old items still function well - and yes they do, amazingly, especially the A/C. With that being said plus the competitive pricing which includes a spacious apartment, sufficient local breakfast buffet and unbeatable sea view with the sound of the waves because the resort is really right by the beach, I think this resort can definitely serve the visitors better in the future with possible renovation that takes place little by little. Good luck!

Sorry to say the place was very old and terrible to go and stay on a holiday. We booked for three nights but we left in one night. The staff said that they can not refund our stay in the hotel. very bad service.

English family honest review

The hotel was like a prison. Gated doors in very scary and what seemed unsafe building blocks. Doors didnt lock properly and nor did the windows. It was in the middle of nowhere and eaxh front door had like prison gates. I did not feel secure so left and lost my money and stayed somewhere else. The room was horrendous and we was very shocked by the state of the place. Rat droppings all over balcony. Honest this place does not represent the photos at all. Save your money and a holiday from hell.

Zero Star Review – Glory Beach Resort I booked 4 nights and 5 days at Glory Beach Resort in Port Dickson, expecting a comfortable family stay. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I checked in. The unit I was given was completely run down and honestly unlivable. The condition was very poor and nothing like what is shown in the photos online. I immediately requested if there was a better unit available. Staff showed me another unit on a different floor, but it was in the same unacceptable condition. Because of this, I decided to cancel my stay and requested a refund. However, the management refused, stating that it is their policy that no refunds are allowed under any circumstances — whether you stay or not. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, losing the full amount I paid to Glory Beach Resort. My advice to future guests: do not book in advance without seeing the actual unit first. The pictures look nice, but the reality is completely different. Don’t get misled by the promotional images. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

We booked 4 units, all had issues from Aircond to bathroom issues, however maintenance staff resolved most issues, now during peak the lifts are always full... car park also tough to find during peak season.. breakfast was just ok. Thing I hated is the rubbish bins at the stairs which were forced to take when lifts are to slow... other than that the stay was ok for the price

Very bad experience. Dirty floor，noisy and not verycold aircond. Bad condition bed. Overall horrible，if you prefer ghost house you can try it out. This is the first time i have this experience in my life.
