The rooms were large and clean. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Andrea greeted us in the lobby upon arrival. Check-in was smooth. Andrea really went Above and beyond to make us feel comfortable answer any questions we had durring our stay. Whenever we say her on the properly, she always has a smile on her face. We made our day to see someone joy helping the guest pride in her job. She’s really an asset to the establishment enter a positive attitude made this the hotel that we will stay at from now on when we are visiting Punta Gorda.

Great place for a great value!

Great place! Older hotel, but recently remodeled. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Only thing was the toilet was loose. Staff was very courteous and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again!

Our room was definitely worth the price.

Room was clean, big and the bed was really comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice. Close to everything in town. We were only here one night and it served the purpose well. Definitely a solid place for what you pay. I stay in hotels a lot as a seasoned avid traveler and we would stay here again. Same room.

Unexpected 5 day stay with my 9 year old son. Somewhat dated but clean and convenient. Pool was nice. Clean towels daily brought to the room. Not a lot of amenities on site but several within walking distance.

Building is old needs updating. Lock on room didn't work had to ne replaced. Owner very accommodating. Tropical setting and decor. Wish Microwave was in room not shared i. Laundry room. Would stay again despite train noise.

We've stayed here before & understand that it's an older and inexpensive motel. But this time was disappointing. We arrived to check in around 12:30am because we had just finished loading out from a concert we lit up earlier in the evening. When we went to out room the door was wide open. I don't mean unlocked, WIDE OPEN. After checking the room to make sure it was safe from potential intruders we wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water. Even after running the water for several minutes it was still cold. Whoever cleaned the room missed the Blue Moon beer bottle cap that was in the toiletry basket on the vanity. At least the bed was comfortable. When we woke up we tried to get hot water again with no luck. As we were leaving I stopped at the office and told the person at the front desk who seem very unconcerned about it. When we get rooms reserved, for after we provide lighting production, we're not there for a vacation. Just a good night sleep in a safe room and the ability to get cleaned up after a very long day of work. Last time we stayed here was good. This time may make us reconsider the next time.

I stayed budget hotels all the time this particular case it was horrendous. The rooms were filthy. The floors were wet when I went to get a shower. My feet were black from the dirt on the floor and to top it off. It actually had roaches in it and the towels, I wouldn’t use them to even clean my car. They were as brown as could be. And the girl at the front desk, very rude ignorant.
