Terrific stay!

If your are looking for full frills, this is not your place. It is clean, convenient to walking downtown, in a beautiful marina setting and very comfortable. Great staff!

Excellent hotel

It was the first time we visited Ft Myers, FL. We went because our daughter competed in a three-day dance competition, so she needed to rest after her performances. In this hotel we were able to rest and recover for the next days of competition. The hotel staff were very attentive and filled my demands. Thank you for your attention and your prompt executions to my demands. Excellent hotel.

Wrong room

It was a rough start, i was given the wrong room. I paid for 2 beds because i had 2 kids with me but got 1 hard bed. The next day we were moved into a room with 2 beds and a tiny bathroom that needs the door fixed. I expected some sort of discount for the inconvenience, but got nothing. Overpriced for what you get

Close to downtown

Quaint hotel close to downtown. Could be cleaner. The staff was wonderful. They have a cute tiki in the back with views of the marina. There is no desk in the room, so if you’re coming here and have to work it might be a bit tough.

Arrivée pour deux nuits mais j’ai dû changer de chambre entre les deux.. refaire les valises…Check out les garder dans la voiture et refaire un Check in.. ceci selon les propriétaires à cause des réservations Expedia. Première fois que j’entends ça. Chambre un peu petite. Porte des EC qui ne se fermait pas. Sol pas nettoyé. Par contre bon emplacement.

The view and location were excellant. We stayed for 1 week, did not receive any housekeeping services the whole week, not even a call to see if any services were needed. The ice machine was not working, went to the lobby and was given a ziploc bag of ice.

Clean and comfortable with fantastic service

Very friendly and nice service. Needed a late check out and the had no issue. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Great location to walk to restaurants.
