"We loved our stay at the George Manor. Our room was very clean and spacious, the property is very well kept and Chef Michael and his wife Rosie are very kind and accommodating. He graciously gave us a tour of the property while sharing its history. The location was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast as well. We highly recommend it!"

"I got 2 rooms and neither of them had and hot water what so ever. The a/c in 1 room didn't work at all. The refrigerator in the other room didn't work at all. I'm a bigger guy and I literally could not fit threw the opening "maybe 12" given to enter the shower at all. Honestly this place is bottom of the mill trash motel."

"Dirty, outdated, no cleaning daily or towel refresh, very slow check in, door locks are outdated and hardly work, large gaps in door vs frame fits, property is completely run down. No WiFi. Terrible cell service. AC did work."

"My husband and I loved our stay at the Carr Mansion! This historical home was charming, clean, and comfortable. Joellyn was a fabulous host; she served delicious breakfast and offered several tips/ recommendations for activities around the island. The location of the home is near to several other historical landmarks/ museums, the Strand, and the Seawall.
