"The Thames Head Inn is a great gem. It's about a 1 mile walk from the Kemble train station, I walked alongside the road since taxi service is scarce and had no problems. There aren't any other businesses nearby, so I ate dinner there as well (delicious) and paid for breakfast the next morning (also delicious). "The stay was very accommodating from arrival to check out with friendly and cheerful staff. Didn’t have breakfast due to early start but it was offered from half 7am. The location was quiet and the rooms were nicely laid out with lovely hot shower. Coffee from machine in the morning was a bonus and much appreciated! Would stay again."
