"The staff here are wonderful!
They work hard, they are knowledgeable and brilliant to talk to and always make our stay the best we get anywhere.
The rooms are comfortable with good ensuite facilities and who wouldn’t want to sit back and admire the grounds.
And of course the wonderful pool and surrounding facilities. Once again thank you for a wonderful stay. Amelia and David "

"Beautiful hotel in Cardiff Bay. Rooms on 7th floor are excellent and staff throughout hotel were friendly and attentive. Always stay here when in Cardiff. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. "
