"The shower water was always lukewarm leaning to cold, if not cold. The ac wouldn’t function continuously throughout the whole night."

"Though local, I frequently stay here just to get away. The room is always clean. Breakfast is a true breakfast with hot foods with hearty to healthy choices. No outrageous, incidental fees, and the one time that I had an issue (loud children at play) they moved me to the top no hassle. Love it here. Paying a mortgage but TRU is a part of my self care."

"The staff was very friendly and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and as a person with a bad back, this is very important to me. The Breakfast Buffet was very good and the facility is adapted well to serve a Buffet there. The facilities were maybe a little older but very well maintained and clean."

"Breakfast was really good, hotel seems a bit dated, bathroom was extremely small. Aside from that, really glad to see a fridge in the room and a full sink with glasses, silverware, etc."

"We had an enjoyable three night stay at the Tru. It was a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and family. The only problem was that the last night my wife tripped in the parking lot over a parking block that was out of place cutting her hand in the process. Asking for first aid, a bandage, from a young lady worker, she paused and had me buy a package of bandages rather then just providing one for my wife. So please be aware of unattached parking blocks in the back parking area...

"They checked us out a day early than we had booked had to get let back in room to get all of our stuff pack up in 5 minutes and leave they said they had no room available had to got another room booked that day luckily the Hampton inn was glad to take us they were great we had to do all this in an hour because we had to be at the Cracker Barrel 400 race in 3 hours"

"The staff were delightful and went the extra mile. At the restaurant, the cook was leftnon his own bc someone didn't show up, but he did his best to be bartender and server as well. He got things done and had a good attitude."
