"The hotel is located within walking distance from the airport, (across the street), which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly, polite, and even taught me some Polish. The hotel was clean, the room was very nice, and the shower was amazing. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and I WILL be returning. "

"I had a few issues on arrival, however after speaking to the Concierge he immediately came to my room to show me alternatives. He helped with my luggage and offered me a welcome drink voucher. Having jet lag i called Room Service at 3.30am and reception went beyond expectation and supplied food at no charge. In the morning a manager called to assess the service. I told it is excellent. I have spent most of my career traveling the world and this service stands out. Congratulations!!"
