"The room was tidy and clean, we were welcomed by the staff who made sure we had our keys left for us with security, after the reception closed, which was a nice touch. "Stayed 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment and had a great time. The buffet breakfast was amazing - also very busy! But could always find a table and the lovely staff kept replenishing the food. We also loved the swimming pool area. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar man even lent us cash when we didn't have enough to pay for a taxi. The room was great for us (a family of 4) - spacious and well equipped. You can request extra cleaning and we did which was very helpful."

"Svårt att tyda att man först skulle till en adress för nycklar etc och sedan därifrån till boendet. Borde förtydligas i texten och stå i punktform högt upp. Köpte till frukost som i sig var väldigt dyr i jämförelse med lokala priser, men även ur en väldigt dålig kvalitet. Det mesta av dessa plast tallrikar med portionsmat åkte ner i soporna. Rekommenderas verkligen inte att köpa till frukosten! "You needed to get the keys from different adress and there we got to know that we have to pay 180 zl more for cleaning. This all took a lot of time and check in was pretty late (3pm), although we were permitted to check in an hour earlier after doubletexting, still thanks for that! The apartment were pretty nice, modern and spacious! I liked the balcony and full equipped kitchen, also the sheets were very soft and clean! The dishes were a little unclean and dusty, needed to rinse them first....

"Pro’s: Super central, at the end of the Main Street of the old town so easily walkable to everywhere. Staff very nice and their English is brilliant Gdansk itself is beautiful Was expecting more after reading all the reviews Con’s: Very noisy. Windows aren’t even double glazed. On one side you have the noisy Main Street of the old town and rooms on the other side have to contend with a pub/nightclub on the ground floor. Room cleanliness could be better, there were hairs on the shower screen and on the bathroom floor upon checking in. Rooms plain and dated Double bed was in fact two singles pushed together with a crater in the middle so you had to sleep on one side. Only provided a single duvet too. Came back one day after 3 pm and room had still not been attended to WiFi was very poor"

"Nice very new property close to the Old Town but around 30min walk from the central station. Single Rooms are nice but on the small side and there is no much free space. The delivered breakfast option was adequate but requires reheating and there is no advertised set delivery time but seemed to come between 7:45 and 8:15. Staff were very helpful. Could have done with more than one pillow being provided."

"Loved the Apartments and the foodhall was an additional bonus and great for a last drink before heading to bed. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious. Location was 5 minutes walk to the Solidarity Museum. Towel change is an additional cost and shower was totally fine but not the most powerful."

"I have stayed here a number of times now. The hotel is clean, staff helpful and for the most part polite. Having a pool/spa/ on site is an added bonus if this is your thing or travelling with family. It is within walking distance to My only issue is the male member of staff on reception. I have encountered this person a number of times during different visits and he has behaved in the same manner every time. He is rude about guests nodding in their direction or even pointing and laughing at them if he thinks noone is looking, ignores people asking for help by walking away etc. I may not speak Polish but I can read people. Thankfully once you are settled in and providing you don't need anything at reception he needs zero thought again! Despite his behaviour I would visit again as the hotel its self is lovely."
