Le bain public à l'intérieur est très bien organisé: casiers, serviettes, savon et shampoing. Le bain extérieur est très beau. "Was a great stay at this great little inn. It may be a bit different than what most western guest expect to find, but I went for the Ryokan experience and was not disappointed. Staff were really great, helpful in scheduling transport to the monkey park and to the train station. Room was clean, good size, and had everything I needed. The town itself is a cute little village and it was a great experience going to all 9 baths in the town. The baths themselves could use a bit more attention... some...

"While I was there, only one member of staff was manning the front desk as well undertaking other responsibilities around the hotel, but a phone was left at the front desk so you could call when you needed assistance. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and enjoyed the retro-feel. The free drinks and snacks in the lounge area were a nice touch and I loved the outdoor Onsen."
