"The property is located in the heart of The Wharf, but there were not several homeless and/or loitering persons on that actual street (cannot say that about most other streets), so it is safer. They host a nightly manager's reception with beer and wine - what hotel still does that? The front desk, valets (and reception bartenders) were all nice and helpful"

"**Great Location, Clean Rooms, and Excellent Amenities!** Hotel Caza was very clean and secure. Even the main entrance and elevators required a hotel key for access, which made me feel safe. The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and quiet. The amenities were also great, including a pool table in the middle of the lobby! Breakfast is available with payment. My only unpleasant experience was during check-in. Since I booked through a third-party website, the front desk quoted me a different parking fee and asked for my credit card for payment, even though my reservation was already prepaid and parking had already been paid for. Thankfully, I double-checked my email confirmation. Otherwise, I might have been charged incorrectly. I also booked a city-view room, but the view was actually of another building. Since I was only staying for one night, it wasn't a big deal. I do wish the room had a refrigerator, though. **The best part of this hotel is its location!** It's within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf and close to many other popular tourist attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, despite the minor issues at check-in, I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Hotel Caza for its cleanliness, security, amenities, and excellent location!"

"Sing better the scanning arm to get in and get out of the parking lot! People always get stuck trying to scan the card and they don’t know where to scan is just at the bottom of the screen but we have to take time looking for it! So just say scan your card at the bottom sing, thanks!"
