"All front desk attendants were very helpful in one way or another. We arrived around 1am and we were greeted nicely and taken care of. Throughout our stay, other attendants were very helpful with food suggestions and best way to get around the city. Continental breakfast was very good and seemed fresh, not packaged. Great variety and coffee/tea was excellent. Location was perfect. So much to walk around to see and do near Cow Hollow. We always felt safe in the area when walking around late. Room was pretty clean, maybe a 4. it could’ve used a little dusting. Bed was comfortable, however, small for 2 people. We were a family of 4, two teenagers/two adults. And the two double beds was tight. I knew it would be when booking, but I wanted to book this hotel and nothing else was available as far as bigger beds. Window covering is just blinds, so a black out curtain would be nice. Overall, we loved our stay. Super cute place and great location!"
