"There was no shampoo in the room, and when I called the front desk to ask for some, the man said they didn't have any. I mentioned that they said the room came with shampoo on Expedia and the man just hung up on me. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful however the room and its condition had much to be improved on. The room itself was feet from the elevators and shared a wall with it making noise throughout the day and night. Avoid room 500, 600, etc. The bathroom door was a sliding one but never stayed closed, the shower water was always lukewarm warm and the general condition had much to be desired. Just a tough stay in general."

"Hotel was under renovation. That was not disclosed during the time of booking. The tv in the room stopped working after 2 hours of getting situated, as well as the phone inside the room. The hotel offered to change the room, but only had rooms with queen beds available. We were too exhausted to pack up and drag our luggage to another room, so we just stayed in that room. The hotel stated free full continental breakfast. We came downstairs in the morning and were each handed a brown paper bag with a grab-and-breakfast. It was awful!! Don’t even ask about the gym - it was not accessible due to the renovations. Extremely disappointing experience. I felt mislead and borderline scammed! The staff were friendly and our cars remained safe in the parking lot. I do not recommend staying here unless the hotel actually provides exactly what is stated on their website. You have been warned. "

"The whole building/ hallway smells cigarette. Waking up early morning, someone is fighting and yelling inside the building. The rooms are okay and cleaned and staff are attentive."
