"The airport shuttle when we arrived was a20 minutes wait but other people going to the same hotel were waiting for over 2 hours. Very unacceptable!! Breakfast was good with plenty of food to choose. Room had NO refrigerator!!! Air conditioner was extremely loud and the noise from highway nearby was awlfull. Bed was not comfortable at all!! "

Staff was friendly throughout resort always smiling. the beach was beautiful. Umbrellas you had to rent for $32. Wait staff always came around to ask if you needed drink/food. Didn't have to hunt them down. Pool is bougie."
