  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Dreadful hotel would not recommend

No daily room clean/no soap/no tea facilities/no restaurant available/no tonic for gin/no teas or coffees except from machine/had to ask for toilet roll

Problemy logistyczne w obiekcie - oferowanie innego pokoju (o niższym standardzie) niż ten wczesniej zarezerwowany, licząc na to, że gość nie zauważy, Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, zbyt krótki parawan prysznicowy - woda z deszczownicy zalewała całą łazienkę, Na kilka dni przed przyjazdem nie było możliwości zarezerwowania zabiegów, po przyjeździe okazalo sie, że godziny otwarcia spa są skrócone, Miejsce ma potencjał, ale nie powinno reklamować się jako spa Dobre miejsce noclegowe, lokalizacja obiektu sprzyja zwiedzaniu okolicy Wygodne łóżko w pokoju deluxe Czysto

Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterbringung erfolgte im ehemaligen, alten Gut, welches als Hotel umgebaut wurde. Das Hotelprospekt entspricht nicht den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Geworben wird unter anderem mit einem Aussenpool und dem Hinweis, Fertigstellung Ende 2018. Dieser Hinweis existierte schon auf dem Prospekt 2017. Begonnen mit dem Bau wurde per 20.07.2018 nicht. Die Details im Zimmer fehlen und stimmen teilweise nicht. z.B. Wasserhahn lose, Wasser läuft im Waschbecken nicht ab, angeboten wird ein deutscher TV Sender, Samstag Abend gegen 23:00 Uhr ist das Bier alle.

bardzo wygodne i duże łóżko, rewelacyjny pokój. Drobny problem z wentylacja w pokoju, prysznic zalewa podloge w łazience. Przy tej cenie powinno być lepsze śniadanie, brakowalo nam czajnika I herbat w pokoju...ale byliśmy na siebie tak napaleni, że nic nam nie przeszkadzało ;-)

Sehr nettes Hotel um die Umgebung zu erkunden

Von diesem Hotel aus kann man nach einem guten Frühstück sehr gut die Umgebung erkunden, sowohl das Riesengebirge, als auch das Hirschberger Tal. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Ruhe ist super. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz, das Essen ist gut. Was will man mehr ? Wir waren bereits mehrfach dort und haben es sehr genossen.

Dobry czas na oderwanie od rutyny i gonitwy

Pięknie wyglądający obiekt, ładnie dobrane dodatki we wnętrzach, smaczne śniadanie w formie bufetu. Minusy to: zimno na sali śniadaniowej, zatkany odpływ pod prysznicem, zepsuta spłuczka w WC pokoju, powodująca ciągły lekki hałas spływającej wody. Pobyt na 1 noc - nie zgłaszano tych usterek personelowi, być może zgłoszenie wywołałoby naprawę. Miła obsługa, pomocna. Bardzo dobra zupa grzybowa, duży wybór na śniadanie.

Beautiful Jelenia Gora

This hotel was the highlight of our European trip so far and we have stayed in some fabulous hotels .It was a stately building set in a delightful garden with a lake surrounded by mountains.The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed .The restaurant was beautiful and elegantly decorated.Staff were courteous and friendly ,the meal was delicious .We can' recommend this hotel highly enough !

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Bezug auf Angebot und Service das Hotels. Die Nacht war jedoch sehr kurz, da die Bauaerbeiten sehr zeitig laustark begannen. Man hätte uns über die Bausatelle im vorab informieren müssen.

ein sehr schön restauriertes Hotel, das allerding nur für motorisierte Gäste geeignet ist, da die Busverbindung von Hirschberg zum Hotel unbefriediegend ist. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Ein altes Herrenhaus, das wunderschön restauriert wurde, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in exklusiver Atmosphäre

This hotel was such a pleasure to stay at. It was much nicer than I expected and the service was outstanding. It is kind of off the beaten path. The last few streets to the hotel were not on my navigation system. When I got close to the location, but couldn't find it, I called them. They actually sent one of their employees to the location that I called from so I could follow her to the hotel. This hotel lives up to it's name. Translated into English, this place really is a Palace on the water!
