"Roof top is nice, however room was okay. Shower water goes out does not last hot for more than 3 mins. Trying to get towels to the room takes forever sometimes they do not respond to request."

"Hotel was great. Rooms were nice and clean. It's at a great location, thats walkable to most things. Staff was friendly and was helpful. Regarding fulfilling requests, they typically want you to message someone through whatsApp, even when you are talking to them. Which was odd. But overall, the whatsApp coordinator, was always on top of things and things got done quickly. Looks like the hotel management is outsourced. Overall, i had a great time staying here and would stay again!"

"Upon arrival we were greeted by the INSIDE staff and that set the tone for how excellent their service would be our entire stay. From the receptionist to the house keeper to the remolding staff they all went out of their way to treat us with amazing service. Special thank you for Laura for giving us great recommendations, can’t wait to see how much better the hotel will be when the remodel is completed. Next time we’re in Mexico City we will definitely be staying here again."

"I book two studios with kitchen and couch. At least that was what the pictures were shown for the rooms I was booking. I ended up in a tiny room with just one bed that barely fit in it."

"The property is in a great location in Roma Norte and you can walk many places - it’s a very safe neighborhood. The front desk staff are friendly. The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there. You can leave your luggage in the main entrance while the room gets prepared - just don’t leave valuables as the front door is wide open at times. The rooms are modern, large and very clean. "Location good, room decent. No room cleaning or new towels- had to ask for one. Regardless of how long you stay only water bottles one time. There are better options for the price charged."
