But what truly made the difference was the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff. They made us feel welcome at all times and turned the experience into something magical and special. "It's an old building that they tried to remodel to modern standards, but could've done a more thorough job. For some odd reason, they thought a towel warmer inside the shower was a good idea, but they couldn't put in a shower door that closes all the way; so my towels were toasty and wet, but I was cold while trying to dry off. Also, even though it was March and the weather outside was nice and cool, the room gets hot and stuffy, but they shut off the A/C until summer, so we had to open the windows and it's super loud."
