"Spent the weekend with our young kids. Amazing view of the bay (amazing sunrise view) and we could hear the sound of the waves despite being on the 5th floor which was quite soothing. The room was small with a balcony but was quite comfortable. The cookies provided at check-in were delicious. Breakfast is paid (we paid for one day and it was alright) and we had to pay about $27 for two days of parking. "It's a Budget Inn, you're staying because you need a place to stay and sleep with basic expectations. It's what I expected. Parking was fine, the room was fine. It had a large fridge, coffee maker, and microwave which many pricer hotels stopped offering because they expect you to pay for their own onsite services. "The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "

The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything.
