"El lugar no está nada mal, pero si eliges los medio departamentos pensando en que puedes cocinar ten en cuenta que no hay ni trastes ni estufa para poder hacerlo. La alberca cuando llegamos estaba sucia y fuera de servicio y la activaron hasta en la tarde ya que hacía frío y el agua pues está súper fría entonces no la pudimos utilizar y eso es un punto en contra porque habíamos elegido este lugar por la alberca justamente. "The hotel is very accommodating and responsive. Anytime I called to the lobby from my room, even during late hours, they came to my room and helped with whatever I needed. Parking was a breeze and the steward came down and helped us with our suitcases. The location is right at the plaza. The restaurant was very good and had excellent drinks. The staff were awesome! The rooms are so beautiful with all the bells and whistles. It is truly worth every peso!"
