"The hotel is not huge but beautiful and well located near the beach (5-7 min walk). The staff was incredible. They explained everything and provided advice when needed. The restaurant was great and the facilities were very clean. Highly recommend!"

"We have been to Gran Canaria many times but was our first time at this apartments. I can’t wait to be back. Rodrigo, Alex and Inma were excellent. Kept the place spotless every day and made sure the ca offer their hep if needed. The apartments are spacious and very well kept. And the common areas very well manicured. The best was the slightly heated pool which meant you can use the pool whatever the weather "

Dom gjorde allt för att vara så tillmötes som möjligt, ringde tom varje upp och frågade om hotellet kunde göra någonting. Fick info om att vårt flyg är försenat och frågade om vi kunde ha kvar rummet några extra timmar vilket inte var några som helst problem. "Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend."
