"We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. "Non mi era chiaro dalla descrizione, las pitas, Orchidea e un altro del gruppo Grupptel sono la stessa struttura. Las pitas si trova un po' più in alto e può risultare scomodo per una rampetta di scale, ma si sta veramente bene e si è vicinissimi alla strada dove posteggiare. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, soprattutto una signora delle pulizie che ogni giorno ci salutava e ha anche regalato dei cioccolatini ai miei bambini. "Very comfortable hotel, amazing food in the buffet, however some elements of it became slightly repetitive, but the quality was always good. The only one thing I would like would be a better coffee machine in the rooms, the instant coffee was terrible. But overall incredibly comfortable, nicely kitted out and maintained, great pools and the service in the restaurants and at reception was absolutely fantastic. Cannot fault the staff at all."
