"Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. "We sadly only stayed for one night for my partners birthday, but we had a great time and would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, the pool was gorgeous and swimmable in November! Staff were super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The beach is just across the road, great location, only 20 minutes from the airport. The strip is another 20 minutes down the road, well connected by local buses. Cannot fault this place! "

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"Die Villa hatte einige Mängel, die allerdings auf Anfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben worden sind. Insgesamt ist es halt kein Neubau. Doch das Team ist mehr als perfekt!
