The hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of parking. Spacious and clean rooms and variety of activities throughout the day. Food choices was great too.

What’s good - Hotel is lovely, modern - Rooms are roomy and spotlessly clean - Staff are great - Food choices good and good quality - Drinks choice is great, especially in the main bar - Entertainment good, especially in the main bar What’s not so good… - Location, it’s a little bit away from the strip (but I knew that when I booked) - Whilst food choices are great, nothing is ever hot. They need to find a way to ensure that items are kept hot - A La Carte issues, I booked all inclusive via Expedia but the hotel advised me that Expedia customers didn’t get access to this restaurant. After pointing out that no where on either the hotels website or Expedia did it state this, they agreed to give us a night in the restaurant but this should never have happened

Amazing stay a AequoraSuites. Great for families or adults only. 99% staff members are very nice and pleasant Thumbs up for the chefs and Kitchen team as food was great and varied, easy to find something even for fussy children. Facilities are great and kept clean. Only Con: gym closes at 7pm and lacks of equipment Great great Animation, Entertaining Team. Can't say enough good thing about the 10 members of the Team. Emilia, Alina, Mano, Sua, Isael, Maria, Delphine, Raul ( probably got a few names wrong sorry). The kids Club is very good. Location is great, 5-10min from the beach, 10-15min from the airport by bus. Overall would highly recommend the Hotel and might even come back another time.

An absolute beautiful holiday everything was perfect from the staff who were all so helpful and polite to the facilities which were fabulous and the food was unbelievable for an all inclusive such an array and different theme nights a real 5 star experience

2nd time staying here and was just as good as the last time. Staff couldn't do enough, Food choices excellent. Reception really helpful with a charger and then accommodating a late check out as late flight back. Fab. Will definitely stay here again

Lovely property, did the all inclusive and there was loads of choice with things changing each day. Adult pool and areas were great to avoid kids but even the bits they could go in weren’t too bad. It was my birthday while there and got back to the room on the day to find a voucher for a free bottle of sparkling wine which was a nice touch. Will probably look to stay there again if I come back to Lanzarote!

A great hotel with great staff and for an all inclusive the food was excellent. You really don’t need to leave the grounds if you don’t want to as everything is on site with various pools and entertainment options. I will be returning with my family next year if the price is right.

Excellent Hotel, exceptionally clean. Selection of restaurants, food was very good, a little repetitive but certainly wouldn't go hungry. All staff very polite and helpful. Most of the weekly entertainment was very good. Short walk to nice beach. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and look forward to returning.

What a gem of a hotel, staff amazing, not overcrowded, food fantastic, all inclusive is from the time you arrive to when you leave, not like other hotels. We usually stay in villas or air b&b,s but this hotel has changed our minds. Massage was also one of the best we have ever had! Highly recommended.

I loved everything about the whole complex. The food was excellent with a wide range of choices. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful. My room was perfect in every way and the complex itself was always spotlessly clean and the pools were at a lovely temperature. Also very handy for the local shops, bars and the beach which were all just a 2 minute walk away. Will definitely be booking to stay here again in the near future 😉😉

Only had a couple of nights here but the room was lovely as was the complex. I arrived to find a voucher from the manager for a free bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back.

The resort is nice, with a good option for activities. However, I found twice hair in the food once in pizza and 2nd time in the icecream, I had to chase the cleaning personal after the weekends to.get the bed and the towels changed even though I sign an agreement that I would like my room to be cleaned on a daily basis as I was with a toddler.Even after I spoke to.one on the cleaners they still.haven't cleaned up properly nor making the bed or wipeing the floor.Overall all is a good resort, but the cleanlines are not as they should be.If I wouldn't have this issues I would definetly come back.but after all I wont come back.due to.the poor cleaning lines.

This was the first time we’ve done all-inclusive and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a room with a double bed and a single bed. The double bed was really comfy. The single bed was pretty hard and not comfy but it was fine for my daughter. The room was clean and pleasant. The breakfasts were really good- loads of options to suit all tastes. The lunches and dinners also had a lot to choose from. I wouldn’t say the food was gourmet but some really decent options and we always enjoyed them. We went in June so it wasn’t busy and we always got a table straight away. We were really impressed with the evening entertainment - some really impressive acts. The surrounding area itself was fine- typical seaside shops. We didn’t really spend much time there and chose to explore the island. Overall a really nice experience.
