Nice room, beautiful space, fun location, great staff, plus some fun bonuses included like a 10-min massage! Only minor complaints are limited hot water and can get a little noisy late night because it's next to open air nightclubs, so plan to blast white noise on your phone when going to sleep

A great space. Not The Four Seasons...but this is Playa del Carmen. Spacious and clean. Great location. Other reviews raise concerns about noise from the street. I am a light sleeper, and was there during perhaps the three biggest party nights of the year - Halloween and Dia del Muerto. It was loud out on the street, but mostly quite quiet in our unit.

Amazing place to stay in Playa. The property is beautiful, front desk help was excellent and the room is as shown in pictures. Beds are comfy, not too loud at night, great location and the safe covered parking lot is a big plus. Highly recommend Villas Sacbe. I’ll stay here every time I’m in Playa.

The location is great to access the local eateries and attractions. Parking is provided on site of which is very nice. Amenities are modern and excellent for us to prepare our breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 3 discos are just around the corner but we don’t have too much noise issue.

Very good condition, clean and neat. The room had all we needed and more. Poor communication. Before leaving, Early (8:00am) on Tuesday we requested to clean the room, using the signs provided; at our arrival 12:30 PM we realized that the requested service wasn't provided. At the end the room was cleaned, close to 4PM! Same day a problem with the jet system in the whirlpool. Administration personal did not had idea that the Condo had jet system and they couldn't solve the issue. When my husband saw the person who looks after the pool and fountain the guy was able to solve the issue in no time, to him a big thank you. I talked with an administrator and pointed out the stain in the toilet, they took pictures and the stain remained. At hour arrival we were not told that we could have access to board games, chairs, umbrellas and bikes. We find out by coincidence.

Ideal location and comfy

Hotel and room was as described and looked just like the pics. Room was comfortable and spacious. It was clean and we liked the addition of wine and mini bar fridge. The location is a block of 5th and close to the beach. The night is very loud (which they warn you about plenty). We were so beat we slept right through it with use of the noise machine. The taco shop next door is awesome and the 7-11 across the street was nice.

We did not hear any music during the one night we stayed, but I think that's because we were so exhausted. The room was fantastic and relaxing. The area wasn't terrible, and you were within walking distance to a lot of great shopping and restaurants. The area was literally dumping sewage into the ocean, so it smelled horrible, and the water was so dirty. Could not swim or enjoy the beach. The hotel was beautiful though.

Disappointing

Sleepless nights guaranteed with rattling windows grade noise from the bars blasting music down the street. Beach club is non-existent; it's just a restaurant. Pool is so small and stuck in between the building that is rather decorative than for actual use.

Check out was a complete disaster. Front seat isn’t at property so you have to walk a bit, not an issue there. Completely unnecessary to make you bring all bracelets for the check out just so they can trash them. And make sure you bring the safe lock with you or they will make you go back for it. There was absolutely no communication about it at checking in. So had to go back and forth during my check out and almost missed my ride to airport. Customer service was horrible at the time of checking out.

Room was good, check in process a bit time consuming since this property does not have its own check in office. The noise from the nearby club is ridiculous, and until 3am or later, only thing that drowned it out was a noisy dehumidifier in the room so sleeping with a jet engine in the bedroom to silence the boom boom of crappy club music isn’t ideal, would not stay again. Live and learn….if it’s cheaper there is a reason lol

El hospedaje cumplio con cada detailed,, asombrosamente Limpio!!! La cocina bien equipada y ni hablar de la decoration muy bella ,,, diagrams mucho nuestra estancia,,, la super recomiendo.. ( Nuestro check out fue en la madrugada pues el vuelo era temprano ,,, todo rapido y en tiempo el personal muy atento)
