Clean, location, and Great Rooftop View

We loved our stay here. It says hotel in listing, but expect really nice and clean condo. They have a front door person verifying those who enter and leave. Night shift gentleman we liked a lot. Very sincere and caring person. We had the pleasure of meeting Iris of their management team. She’s a super nice lady and takes good care of the facility. The condos are one block from 5th ave and was quiet at night and very convenient. The nice shopping mall was right there and if you’re a Starbucks fan... it’s there too. The complex is completely new and there’s a pool on the roof with a great view of the ocean. The fotos they provide on this APP are accurate, so I’m not posting any new ones. Would we stay there again? Absolutely, we’re planning our next trip already :)

Q pesar que era un edificio nuevo hubieron muchas incomodidades en mi estadía: 1. No funcionaba el Netflix ya que parece que la clave la tienen todo el edificio xq no se podía utilizar. 2. Muy poca agua en las duchas. 3. Como se encontraban trabajando en construcción en el edificio de alado no hay una protección ya que se podía ver desase afuera hacia el baño sin poder utilizarlo. 4. El jacussi no se lo podía utilizar. 5. No contaban con copia inmediata de la habitación, ya que se quedaron en el interior y tardaron 2 horas para poder solucionarme el ingreso a la habitación.

Lots to like, serious deal-breaking flaws.

Great location, nice rooftop pool, and brand new spacious 2 bedroom place we stayed in, but lots of serious flaws. The place feels like it is still under construction. There is practically no service, we didn’t even get our trash picked up once and never did they clean our room for an 8 night stay. Room smelled horrible, like mildew, the entire time. The bedroom had a big ugly empty spot on the wall where a TV was clearly supposed to go. Water barely dribbled out of the showers and kitchen sink and took forever to get hot. And the lights in the bedrooms were wired wrong such that there was no way to turn on just the lights beside the bed without also turning on the super bright overhead lights. I walked into Singular Joy which is close by and also brand new and it was a completely different level. I’d definitely stay there over here for a similar downtown Playa vibe.

Es un lugar muy lindo y muy cómodo. Las instalaciones son nuevas y muy agradables. Para el tipo de viaje la verdad funcionan muy bien. El único detalle fue que al ser muy nuevo hubo varios detalles de vicios ocultos y reparaciones que se dieron durante nuestra estadía. Sin embargo el personal siempre estuvo atento y nos ayudó. Les propondría la posibilidad de hacer limpieza a media estadía (yo estuve 1 semana) en mi estancia, habría estado bien que fueran por lo menos una vez a barrer y limpiar (como sugerencia). Definitivamente regresaría, pero esperaría que los vicios ocultos se resuelvan por que no sería cómodo volver a pasar por lo mismo.
