"This property is probably the best we have ever stayed at. The quality of service is totally exceptional - the ethos of going the extra mile epitomises the brand of Ritz Carlton. They could never do too much from the bed turning down vservice to giving so much more. As it was our anniversary they made our room up with rose petals, a cake, bubbly and so much more.
