"Surrounded by the golf course made it quiet and pleasant. It's about a 15 minute walk to the sea front but the walk is pleasant. Also an option for Taxi scooters which hang around by reception. Hotel itself had plenty to do. The room was incredible, plenty of space, great bed and slept well. Would stay again "

"Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Auch für Kinder super. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen und alle weiteren Standorte sind leicht zu erreichen. Die Auswahl beim Buffet ist vielseitig und alles schmeckt sehr lecker."

"We love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly staff, amazing entertainment staff and kids club staff, great location. Hotel is a bit dated now and could do with a revamp but another great stay! "

"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"Wonderful from start to finish! We are already planning our return trip for next year. Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! Overall lovely stay, ideal location, fabulous cocktails, great evening entertainment and wide variety of food selections for both breakfast and dinner. Would...

"The Hotel is spotlessly clean with every area inside and out cleaned by armies of cleaners/sweepers and gardeners every day. The hotel was recently refurbished in 2021 and so is very modern and fresh. The location is very central in Americas and so within a 10 minute walk you can reach all shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches. The hotel is geared for families with children with slides and a mini water park in the pool area and plenty of activities for them throughout the day. UP! is...
