Really went above and beyond to make your stay as good as it can be. Fernando and Diego were extremely helpful and so kind. "Everything was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. However, I feel like it’s a bit of a food desert. If you don’t want to drive or use Uber to get to town or other restaurants, the hotel food doesn’t have enough variety. But aside from that, we had an amazing time."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at Dreams Los Cabos. The staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. Simple requests were either ignored or met with poor attitudes, which made the experience frustrating and far from relaxing.
