"What an amazing stay. From the initial moment, the staff were absolutely wonderful, and organised a beautiful welcome for us as we were on our honeymoon. The facilities are great, with a cafe on site with everything included (except wine). There is a terrace restaurant (where you have the buffet breakfast) that opens at night with stunning views of the main plaza (Zocalo) and cathedral. An amazing location so close to the main square and main shopping areas. We would not hesitate to stay...

Super helpful with tips and quick to answer any questions I had, which made everything really easy. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. "The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed. My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. "
