"From the outside the Riad looks a bit tatty but once you get into the alleyway you enter a whole new world! It is a brilliant establishment, it is not a conventional hotel but a bed and breakfast on Steroids! (evening meals are available on site if required. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive they were available 24/7. we had airport transfers and a day trip to the Atlas mountains arranged for us, We were also offered helpful advice about the city. Rooms are beautiful and very clean and rooftop is the place where you like to stay all day. All staff are super friendly and help you with whatever you need. "Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...
