"The hotel is very beautiful with absolutely stunning gardens – the grounds really make a big impression and create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is very good and the staff is polite and friendly. However, you need to be very careful with room location. Rooms not facing the garden are very noisy, which can significantly affect the stay. Communication by email is also quite poor – we never received replies to some of our emails, including one regarding flowers that were delivered to the hotel and were unfortunately of very poor quality. Overall, we have mixed feelings. On one hand, it is a wonderful and impressive hotel, especially because of the gardens. On the other hand, small issues like noise and lack of email communication negatively affect the overall experience. We would still recommend the hotel, but strongly advise choosing a garden-facing room and confirming important requests in advance."

" I have recently stayed at this hotel in Marrekech so I will start with the slight negatives before moving onto the positives (of which there are many) On the first night I arrived because the clocks were going to change and I had a couple of appointments the next day I did request a wake up call in addition to my own alarm just as a backup and that wake up call never came. Fortunately my alarm did work because I had some calls on that day. The breakfast choice was mostly limited. I didn't find it a particular varied menu however they did do bacon and sausages over the weekend. I ate dinner at the hotel on 2 occasions and I enjoyed one of the meals but the other one less so but that is really down to personal choice. Also for the supper for what you get I found that the hotel prices were quite high however there are some restaurants nearby that offer a variety of menus including Moroccan, International, Asian etc and they are very reasonably priced. Now I am gonna move on to the positives - the room sizes are good, bed is comfortable with a good sized balcony. The swimming pool is really large compared to other hotels and it was never particularly busy the whole time I was there with sufficient sun beds. I visited the spa and had one of the best massages I have had in a long time by Khadija. I have to say I was very impressed by how friendly and helpful all the staff were. "It is a fabulous hotel. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff are amazing… literally everyone! Front desk staff brilliant, restaurant amazing, bar staff amazing and cocktails fantastic. Shout out to Mohammed at the resort which we loved. Cooking school is a must. Restaurant was the best meal we had. Only let down is the roof top terrace! Terrible service there and dreadful drinks. Hotel put it right on our return to their main bar. We will definitely be back. "

"Riad Chayma was quaint and beautiful. The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. Breakfast which was served on the rooftop was fresh and delicious and different both times we had it. This Riad is in the middle of a lot of little shops and is within walking distance from the Medina. After we had left, we went to a different hotel and I reached out to the manager Mohamed to inform him of some missing property that I had. Mohammed was able to help me handle this before I left Marrakesh even though he didn’t have to. he told us that the Riad was our home and that we were welcome anytime and he kept to this promise. We will definitely be back and we will let our family and friends know about this place as well. If we had known that we would’ve had such an awesome experience, we would not have moved to a different hotel."
