"The riad in the middle I would say of the new Marrakesh and the old. It’s walkable journey to any parts of Marrakesh and is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood that has all amenities you would need "

"The staff were excellent and service was brilliant. They were very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile.
We ate in the hotel restaurant which was exceptional. There’s a choice of French food or traditional Moroccan, and both were outstanding. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful Riad in Madina and close to everything in Marrakech. The Riad is super quite with plenty of spaces to unwind and relax.
The staff couldn't do enough always going out of their way and are on hand to help at all times.
I would stay here again. "

"Location of the property was not very nice, it’s old side of Marrakech, you have to go through the bazar and vendors and some live fish sellers , the smell of this not very nice. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were very very nice and spacious."

"I rarely review hotels and travel regularly, however, Riad Zebrakaro was a truly exceptional way to experience authentic Marrakech. Friendly, comfortable, clean and the staff were always on hand to help or provide advice - a little peaceful enclave in an exceptional city."

"Great hotel facilities and lovely bar.
Only complaint was the poor quality of the breakfast - poor selection, cold and the self serve outside meant the birds kept picking at bread. Also the staff were not very attentive at breakfast time."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant served varieties of buffet food at reasonable price. Very clean and nice environment. However there were flies everywhere, maybe due to the hot weather. Bedroom was clean and very comfortable with cool air conditioning.
It needs to walk about 20 minutes to the Square and open market (Souk). Its a bit hard walking under the strong sun."

"What great hotel! It was a win, win all around! My friend and I had the best time. We had an upgrade to a pool view room which I would definitely book if I return!
The staff are so kind and helpful- everyone says hello as the pass you and can’t do enough for you. They printed our boarding passes for us too and nothing was too much trouble.
The room was gorgeous and spacious! It was clean and the towels fresh everyday- even if you don’t put them to be changed. The toiletries (shower gel, soap, etc.) smell divine!
We were in a great location but probably didn’t utilise this enough but it is about a 35-minute walk to the main square and it is over the road from the train station.
Would stay here again without hesitation! ❤️☺️☀️
The only thing I would do differently is arrange my own airport shuttle which I did on the return to the airport. We were charged 300 dirhams, but realistically, it should be approximately 150ish. "
"The hotel located in the centre of Marrakech. It was very close to the iconic scenes. Rooms were spacious, decent and comfortable. The amenities were well filled up during their daily cleaning.
Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Front desk, Miss Ibtissam, treated the customers very nice.
Highly recommended to spend the stay in this hotel "
"Good hotel, good price, good location. Cleaning and catering staff were brilliant, very helpful. The hotel reception was generally good. Customer is the real boss! "
