"The hotel is amazing. So amazing we changed our plans and stayed 3 nights instead of 2. The rooms are wonderful, clean and so well appointed. The breakfast is amazing. Not a buffet but table service. And the pool is lovely with an amazing view. If I had a complaint it would be that the balcony- that also has an amazing view - isn’t very private. But overall it is definitely worth staying at and I definitely plan to return."

"Like-Location, pool and location and front staff. Dislikes, for a $1000. a night charge no closet was provided. The shower was a slip hazard, we had to lay towels down to prevent slipping. Not allowed to order drinks at the bar, when there was no activity."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel and perfect location to enjoy the wonderful scenery - mountain hikes and swimming and activities on the lake. Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection. Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel. Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from. Comfortable bed, fresh spring water, large balconies. No apparent air con, but nice just to have the window tilted open. Well served by buses"

"Really enjoyed our one-night stay here. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was brilliant — plenty of choice and everything was fresh. It’s an adults-only hotel, although children are allowed at the beach club. We were a little unsure about that beforehand, but honestly it wasn’t really a problem at all during our stay. Drinks were reasonably priced and the location was great, just a short walk into Colico where there are some lovely restaurants and a nice harbour. We actually really liked the more relaxed pace of Colico compared with some of the busier parts further down Lake Como. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area."
