"The room was clean, amenities were minimal, no wifi was a bit annoying"

The staff appeared indifferent and unwelcoming, lacking the basic courtesy and professionalism expected in hospitality service, which came across as cold and somewhat arrogant. The hotel facilities were very basic. In the bathroom, only hand soap was provided, with no other standard toiletries available, which was inconvenient. In addition, the towels and bath towels did not appear clean or fresh, as they were noticeably off-white, raising concerns about hygiene. Considering the service quality and the condition of the facilities, this hotel did not meet expectations and offered poor value for the price."

"The property did not explain that this place has no windows. It feels like going to a basement with spa amenities. There is a constant ventilation noise to minimize the musty smell. Furnishings looks ok."

"Spacious and clean rooms, but no elevator. The only one set of complimentary self-service laundry was very old. The dryer was especially inefficient. Strict visiting rules (one hour limit) for visitors of guests."
