"The rooms are spacious and clean. Love the bathroom most! It's big, clean and offers integrated hygiene air exchange system, toilet seat warmer etc. However, the hotel may want to consider offering paid early check-in option and a safer luggage storage area. Wanted to pay for early check-in at noon but was not allowed. Was told to leave our luggage at the back staircase area with no security or recording by the staff. Anyone can just open and take the luggage."

"On the site, it says they don’t have parking. However, it was not entirely right. It seems like they do but in the first come first serve situation. I almost didn‘t choose them because of it because I was visiting a friend and I wasn’t sure where i can park. Luckily my friend‘s house is near by and we parked there instead. "A bit out of the way from the train station. Had to take Uber everywhere coz the bus was not on schedule maybe because it’s a weekend? Unsure about this. The toilet has no door and the shower room has a clear glass without curtains. Besides these the rest are OK. Love the jacuzzi in the room. Got free ice cream and nice breakfast too. Would not mind to stay again in this but hopefully the hotel can at least give some curtains to the shower and toilet area. "

"Not sure if we just got a bad room or they're all bad, but my family was bitten by mysterious bugs. Maybe bed bugs in addition to mosquitos. But it was very scary and unpleasant. We will not stay here again even if it was free. Service was not bad, but can't make up for the bug bites. We had 10+ bites per person. "

There was nothing outstanding about the rooms, and I wasn’t happy with the cigarette ashes under the bed and the smoke smell in our ‘no smoking’ room.
