"Room was very clean and spacious. Resort was remote and super quiet. Had entire beach to ourselves most of the stay. Saw bald eagles, ospreys , herons, and turtles right at the beach out front. Dirt road in was a little rough but you just had to drive slow Traffic on millennium freeway and leeward highway were brutal at rush hour in the am and pm so if you plan boat dives early stay in middle of island"

"Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay."

"I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. "

What stood out: - distance from beach - courtyard or balconies to relax, with views of the ocean - rooms are very clean and can be refreshed every day - staff are absolutely awesome - small pool if you want a break from the ocean - very quiet - walking distance for snacks and small meals to microwave And of course, the resort kitty!!!!!
