"I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading ,...

"Property sits on the other side of the island opposite Grace Bay. Very quiet area. Not commercial at all. The lagoon villa we stayed in has all the amenities we expected and face a very beautiful lagoon. I would recommend this place to family looking to chillex."

"The staff was incredible from check in to check out. Anytime I had a question or needed anything they were on it. The staff that handled our room from beginning to end made sure the room was clean every day sometimes making a second trip. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. "This property was very small, quiet, and well kept Our 1 bedroom was very nice and spacoius. Most of the staff were very friendly with the exception of a few. The only downside is that the property is further away from the downtown area,"

"Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! "

"The check-in staff was exceptional. The room had everything you could possibly need. The only negative was the mattress… it was a bit harder than the norm. I think the continental breakfast is an added bonus as it provides a nice breakfast option to start the day. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
