Own private pool split two bedroom two bath floor plan Amazing quality sheets pillows Open floor plan high ceilings and privacy even though ocean view was not available we extremely Impressed Right next to two most beautiful beaches and some best local restaurants Staff so so nice and accommodating"

"I did not eat so cannot comment on the quality or quantity. Breakfast costs $12-$30 usd, per the flyer found in my room. The room was clean but the shower has a slight drainage issue that should be addressed"

"We loved the hotel and the location on the bay. The room was excellent and beautiful. The free continental breakfast, all day cookies and fruit and bottles of water were a treat. Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Beautiful resort, not enough staff. Room we stayed in had a 6 inch step up to the shower and toilet. Because I am not used to that I fell coming out of the toilet portion and broke my foot. Please beware if you get a room like this. Only one restaurant on property food is good but has limited menu."

"Nice quiet property not too far from the built up Grace Bay Shopping and hotel area. Nice location across from Turtle Cove Marina. Staff was nice but was not much help when it came to advise or information on local activities or touristy type things to do. Our garden view was a view of the parking lot."

"I had a good stay overall, beach front access to beautiful water. So close to the water! The amenities are wonderful at little to no cost ( paddle board, snorkel gear) Food was good. The only upset were the housekeeping staff at times. A couple of times they came into my room very early (9:30am) and walked into the room. One of them yelled at me to put the “do not disturb” sign up when i am in the room. Which i understand my fault it in in not doing so, but this is the only hotel that I have...

"I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"

"Staff were incredibly nice. Beautiful new hotel. Managers were helpful, kind and worked really hard to ensure we were happy. Mama juju, who is often working in their boutique, but also helps hosting in the restaurant, is the absolute sweetest.Customer service was best at our hotel, and better than anywhere else on the island that we visited including at the Ritz. The gym is tiny but well equipped. Would highly recommend. "

"We stayed here when we added 2 nights before our stay at Beaches where we were meeting our neighbors. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Accommodations were perfect. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We happened to be there for Easter Sunday, and they had such a cute easter egg hunt, crafts, games and winners!! They even had a surprise visit by the Easter Bunny himself. I couldn't be happier with our experience. We rented snorkels for $5 and loved...

"This quaint hotel was perfect for my stay. Loved the view from 2nd floor deck of ocean. They came each day and cleaned the room and restocked water and coffee. Loved walking straight outside to find a chair on the beach. The restaurant was delicious on the site. I'm ready to book another week! "

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."

Warm and friendly atmosphere. Beach front property with loungers and sunbeds available. Ideally located within walking distance of downtown, but outside the hustle and bustle.
