"We had a great week long stay in late August; yes it’s hurricane season but there are hardly any tourists around!!! Great staff at the Ritz:Including Latoya and Theresa at the restaurant and Calvin at the pool. This was our second stay and WE WILL BE BACK!!!"

"The hotel was very nice great condition!! Definitely would have been better with a free meal!!maybe breakfast since it’s not all inclusive but i definitely enjoyed my stay and was comfortable!! And it also cane be safer it’s to easy for outsiders to access the property! But it’s still a great place!"

They’re customer service was phenomenal during checkin, being greeted with a smile anytime we made contact with them, was very knowledgeable, and assisted us with all questions we had. I will stay at Zenza every time I visit bc of their customer service especially Mario! The hotel is really clean, super quiet and has restaurants that are affordable. Take my word and thank me later.
