"The room was clean and beds comfortable however, you have to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance and they will only come every 3 days. Breakfast was good. The pool, kids room, playground and lake were all very different than the pictures appear. The staff also do not answer the phone ever."

"Do not stay here. The people that work here are rude. We stayed here once a few weeks ago with our service dog. They do not allow pets but service dogs are legally allowed anywhere. They made us show paperwork to prove that she was a service dog which is illegal in in itself but we did it anyways so we had a room so we tried staying here again since we had already been there before. It was a different worker and he fled out refused to allow us. He kept saying over and over that they do not allow pets and I explained she is a service dog. She is not a pet and he was refusing saying it doesn't matter that she's a service dog. It's in their policy saying they already talked to the police and said that the police said that it's okay that they refuse it and I let them know that I will be taking the proper channels to let everybody know, including authorities that what they are doing is illegal and they didn't even seem to care They just kept putting into their translator that they don't allow pets because they don't speak English and have to use a translator to speak to you if you do not speak Spanish"
